Thriving in God When we were visiting the beautiful nation of Israel, we spent some time in the olive groves, amongst the olive trees. We learnt that many of the trees there dated back centuries ago. Those olive trees withstood times of war and peace, famine and plenty. No matter how they were chopped down, or broken apart, they would stubbornly refuse to die. They would just keep on shooting new branches and thrive, come what may.  As believers, we are made with the same kind of resolve. When we establish ourselves in the things of God, we will always thrive and be productive. Because we are rooted and grounded in the Word, we will continue to grow and flourish in God's unfailing love. So place your trust in the Lord today, and recognize Him as the source that never fails to sustain you.

You're Not Forgotten Today be encouraged and know that whatever you may be going through, God has not forgotten you. He will never leave you helpless, He will not abandon you, neglect you, or give up on you. He has promised to never leave you without support.  Know that God has not passed you by. He loves and cares for you with an everlasting love and His faithfulness towards you will never end. You can trust His hold on you to be secure and steadfast as you lean entirely on Him today.

His Name Belongs to Us There is power and authority in the Name of Jesus. Every believer is given that Name so that the Father may be glorified. When we see danger or destruction, sickness or bondage, we can use the Name of Jesus to bring light and life, peace and healing.  Use that Name as an ambassador of the Most High God, representing His true nature. Assert His authority over darkness and declare His goodness and mercy wherever you go.

Speak Your Faith Believing what the Word of God says about His faithful character is vital, however when coupled with a confession that is in agreement with what you believe, causes you to experience the salvation you so desperately need. Remember, we don't just confess positive things, we confess what the Word says. Get the word of God in you, and refuse to confess lack, weakness or defeat. Rather confess what the word says every day. Let's its truth renew your mind and anchor your soul to a steadfast trust in the God of your salvation. Hallelujah
